IQReports

IQReports is a browser-based reporting and data warehouse tool that can be accessed worldwide. The CDC and country Ministries of Health require clinical statistics on a monthly or quarterly basis from each hospital or clinic. The process of collecting the reports and aggregating the data by region or country is time consuming and tedious. Furthermore, the ability to analyze the data over a period of years and across countries is not easy. IQReports simplifies the data preparation process and saves users a significant amount of time. As well, the ability to quickly render charts and graphs helps users gain a deeper understanding of the program indicators and outcomes.

IQReports is a data warehouse holding PEPFAR Track 1.0 Facility Based Quarterly reports and other MOH and project reporting data. Health facilities compile these standard reports using an Excel template which are then sent via email to a central server which verifies the data and adds it to the data warehouse. Using an internet browser, Program Managers and M&E staff access IQReports. The application provides a variety of standard options to run reports across countries and time frames. Custom reports can also be run.
