IQChart

IQChart is a simple, yet highly effective patient management system based on the WHO Pre-ART and ART patient registers. This application is ideal for low capacity sites with lesser data demand and smaller patient loads. It is flexible and user-friendly with many built-in features to accommodate local needs and facilitate data use, promote ownership and contribute to sustainability.

IQChart allows the clinic to collect critical information from their registers and longitudinal patient records (such as regimen and adherence data) with several different data entry formats. It automatically generates reports necessary for reporting purposes (MOH, O/GAC) and offers patient and facility dashboards for quick assessments. IQChart supports multiple languages and new languages can easily be implemented. IQChart is currently implemented in Rwanda and Guyana at approximately 100 clinics.
